What does a membership at Prosper include?

Prosper Gowork is flexible workspace designed for professionals on the go. All memberships include: 24 hour access, private phone booths, private meeting pods, large conference rooms, blazing fast internet, delicious coffee, lockers, and clean bathrooms.

What membership plans does Prosper offer?

We keep it simple. We offer one monthly membership plan ($99) and one daily drop-in plan ($25). If you are group of 3 or more, please inquire about our corporate rates.

Do membership plans begin on the first of the month?

Memberships begin on the day you sign up and are approved. If you sign up after the 1st of the month, your first payment will be a prorated fee thru the end of the month in which you signed up. After that you will be billed monthly on the 1st to the card you provided when you signed up.

What do I need to sign up?

To sign up you need a valid credit card ([Visa, Mastercard or American Express]).  Your credit card will be automatically billed on the first of each month, unless you cancel your membership. You also need a smartphone (Apple or Android) in order to download the App to access the space 24/7.  You will not be able to access the space without downloading the App onto your smartphone.  Once you sign up, we will send you a link and instructions to download the App.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes! Unlike our competitors, we do not lock you into long term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time.  However, you must cancel your membership at least 24 hours before the last day of the month or your credit card will be automatically billed for the next billing cycle which occurs on the 1st of every month. For example, if you do not wish to renew your membership for the month of May, you must cancel your membership no later than April 29th, and choose the 30th as your cancellation date. Failure to cancel your membership in a timely manner will result in your credit card being automatically billed for the following month.  Once your credit card is billed, we do not offer refunds for any cancellation.

If you cancel your membership you will still have access to the space through the end of the month for which you paid.  We do not offer any refunds if you cancel your membership early.

Canceling your membership is easy. Simply log onto your account and click the link to “cancel membership” in your dashboard. Please note that emailing a email address and saying you want to cancel, is not the same thing as a cancellation. The member must login and cancel via the dashboard.

Do I get a designated desk?

We have plenty of collaborative workspaces, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need a dedicated desk, please inquire at, limited opportunities are available in the Crown Heights location.

How can I book or reserve a space?

Login to your Cobot account at, at top left you will see a button for “bookings,” click here and you can book a conference room. Soon you’ll also be able to book through the mobile app.

Where is Prosper located?

Prosper has 2 locations

Bed-Stuy: 1024 Broadway, Brooklyn, right off the JMZ at Myrtle Ave.

Crown Heights: 230 Rogers Ave, Brooklyn, right of the 2/5 at President Street.

Are there any additional fees on top of my monthly membership?

Nope. $99 / month means you get charged $99 / month. That’s it! We are adding additional services like Bike Storage, Mail service and HR services for additional fees. For more info, contact us at

Are there any restrictions on my membership?

Nope, we don’t have those either. All we ask is that you follow the House Rules [hyperlink] and respect your fellow Goworkers and the space.

Are you open 24/7?

Yes! As long as you have an active membership you can access the space 24/7.

Can I have my own dedicated locker?

Lockers, like desks are first come first serve. You are welcome to use the locker for the day while you are running around to your meetings. Lockers must be cleaned out each night.

Can I bring my pet to the space?

No, Prosper is an animal-free zone. We love our dogs, but when we’re trying to work, their cuteness is distracting.

Can I bring guests (a +1)?

A Prosper Gowork monthly membership allows members to bring nonmembers for specific reasons, for example, you have client or a colleague you need to meet with. The nonmember can come with the member during their scheduled meeting time for that purpose only. Members must accompany their guests at all times.

Can members host meetings with non-members?

Yes, however the ratio of members to non-members cannot exceed 1:3. Members requiring use of the large conference room for group meetings are limited to 2 hours. Only monthly members are allowed to bring non-members into the space.

Members must always be present with their guests. Non-members must purchase a day-pass if they wish to work beyond the scheduled meeting time.

Is Prosper Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessible?

Yes, there is ADA access at the ground level and there is a restroom at ground level as well.
